About Betty
Hello, I'm Betty.
I have always believed that real estate is about more than property—it is about community. As a native Seattleite and a graduate of both Holy Names Academy and Seattle University, I have watched the Pacific Northwest grow and evolve, and I am proud to have played a role in that history.
I have been a licensed Realtor since 1978, and for the last several decades, I have called Windermere Real Estate my professional home. Over the years, I have helped countless families find their place here, specializing in everything from local moves to major corporate relocations. My goal has always been to offer top-tier production without sacrificing the personal touch. To help ensure that level of care, I work alongside Mary Beth Emert, my Licensed Assistant. Mary Beth enjoys the process as much as I do, and she will be assisting you throughout the whole process.
My passion for this region extends to civic service. I am incredibly proud to have chaired the committee that drafted Bellevue’s historic Tree Preservation Ordinance and to have served as a Commissioner for the "Storm and Surface Water" Utility Commission. I believe that understanding how our city works—from the ground up—makes me a better advocate for my clients.
Outside of real estate, my children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren fill my life with love. I am also deeply committed to giving back, supporting organizations like St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Hopelink, Holy Names Academy, St. Louise Church, The "Hutch" and Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos in Guatemala.
